Embark on an unforgettable experience in which you can marvel at the marine fauna of the Beagle Channel, the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse and the stunning landscapes of the Andes Mountains.
The adventure begins at the port of Ushuaia, where passengers will go on their own, and where they must exchange their voucher to enter the pier and board the catamaran that will take them to sail the waters of the Beagle Channel.
The first stop on the itinerary will be on Casco Island, also known as Isla de los Pájaros, since the imperial cormorants nest there! During the walk you will also be able to observe other birds such as Southern Giant Petrels, Black-browed Albatrosses, Skuas, Grey Gulls, Kelp Gulls and more.
The tour continues in the direction of Alicia Island, part of the Bridges archipelago, which has a colony of 2-haired Sea Lions, also known as the South American Sea Lion or Sea Lion, and then continues to the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse to take the photo that cannot be missed on our visit to Ushuaia.
Once the lighthouse is seen, the catamaran will sail east until it reaches Martillo Island, located about 80 km from Ushuaia, which is home during the summer to the colony of Magellanic Penguins and Gentoo Penguins at the End of the World. Once there, the boat will run aground on the coast and you will be able to observe these friendly birds typical of Argentine Patagonia.
