Located 75 km from Ushuaia, this destination is recognized for its artisanal fishing of spider crab and seafood, offering a unique experience for lovers of nature and good food. The adventure begins with a transfer from your accommodation in Ushuaia, traveling along National Route No. 3 to the east. Along the way, stops are made at strategic viewpoints that offer panoramic views of the region, including the Carbajal Valley Viewpoint and the Garibaldi Pass Viewpoint, from where you can see the Escondido and Fagnano lakes. Upon arrival in Puerto Almanza, you will have the opportunity to learn about the life of local fishermen and taste the freshly caught spider crab in typical restaurants in the area.

Before arriving in Puerto Almanza, we will take a detour to start a hike to the Larsifasaj waterfall, the largest in Tierra del Fuego. The hike lasts approximately 2 hours at a leisurely pace, bordering the Larsifasaj River and surrounded by the Fuegian forest.
Upon arrival at this fishing village, we will take a tour to learn about its history and observe how the famous Fuegian spider crab is fished.
