Yes. Cancellations or modifications made up to 10 days before the arrival date at the hotel have no penalty.
Cancellations or modifications (total or partial) made within 10 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the total of the rooms and/or nights canceled.
In case of a no-show, a penalty of 100% of the total nights reserved will be applied.
If the passenger decides to leave before the scheduled date after having checked in, the total stay originally booked will be charged.
