During this tour, you will get to know the impressive Carbajal Valley, admire the views of Lake Escondido from the Paso Garibaldi Viewpoint and explore the winter resorts of the region, where you will have the opportunity to taste typical dishes such as the famous Fuegian lamb.
The guide will pick you up at your hotel to start the tour at 9:00 am.
The tour begins in the picturesque Carbajal Valley, known for its spectacular views and peat bogs. Here you will have time to take pictures and learn about the glacier formation of this beautiful landscape.
The next destination is Haruwen, a unique place where you can visit a Fuegian gin distillery and a small motorcycle museum. In addition, you will enjoy a tasting of this local drink, which combines tradition and innovation.
Continuing along National Route N°3, you will cross the imposing mountain range of the Fuegian Andes. At 430 meters above sea level, you will arrive at the Paso Garibaldi Viewpoint, where unforgettable views of Lake Escondido await you. On clear days, you'll even be able to appreciate Lake Fagnano, a giant of crystal clear waters in the distance.
On the way back, the tour includes a stop at a cozy winter resort, where you can enjoy an optional typical lunch. The offer highlights the Fuegian lamb, served with salads and a delicious dessert. Drinks are paid separately, and the quality of the gastronomy is an experience in itself.
Around 3:30 PM, you will be back in the city, where the tour will end dropping you off in the center of Ushuaia.
